Sales Terms:

7 Day Return Policy on all Products.

   Returns may be subjected to 10% restocking fee.

90 Day Warranty on Parts and Labor From Date of Purchase.

Parts Purchased are Subjected to Manufacture’s Warrantees after 90 days

Computer & Laptop Sales Warrantee:

All Computers & Laptops Purchased from American Computer Company are Covered for 90 Days on Parts and Labor From Date of Purchase.

After 90 Days Each Component is Covered by the Individual Manufactures Warrantee.
Some Manufacture’s Warranties are longer then 3 Years .

Only Preloaded Software is covered under the Manufactures Warrantee.

American Computer Company Does Not Support Customer Installed Software.

​Abuse or Acts of god are not covered under Manufactures Warranties.
(Power Surges, Fire, Flood, Natural Disasters, ETC )

A warranty form or receipt have to be presented before warranty work will be started.

Warranty covers your computer/laptop for defective parts and workmanship. If you experience a part failure, the American Computer Company LLC will make a determination what part needs to be replaced and then the part will be replaced by a trained technicians.  When you buy a American Computer Company product, you've got 12/6/359.

Used or Refurbished Sales:

All Equipment is tested for a minimum of 48 Hours before sale.

7 Day Return Policy on all Products without question.
And parts added to the bill of sale will fall under the standard Sales Terms Section.

Money Back Guarantee- During Refund period.

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 7 days from the original invoice date for a refund. These terms apply to all refunds.  Customers must inform American Computer Company of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

except:  Software.  Software must be in the original sealed package for a money back return.
After 7-days hardware is subject to the original manufactures warranties.

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. American Computer Company is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography.  American Computer Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

You and American Computer Company agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and American Computer Company. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from American Computer Company.

American Computer Company offers the following shipping methods:

• FedEx Saver (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 3-4 Days plus 1-2 days processing time

• FedEx Second Day - Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time

• FedEx Over-Night - Takes 1 Day plus 1-2 days processing time

Sorry, No International shipments at this time.

Repair Policy:

1 Hour Minimum Billing on all service calls.

Repairs/Custom PCs could take up to 3 to 5 business days.
If Technician has to take PC back to our shop for advance service

All parts and materials will be paid in full before work starts.

American Computer Company  is not responsible for customer’s
personal data on hard drives during service/repair.
Check sheet will be filled out and agreed to before work starts.

Expedite fee will be assessed if customer asks for immediate service.

No Refunds on Labor.

American Computer Company LLC is not responsible for hardware failure during service.

Customer may pay for services to be rendered at the time the estimate is presented. (Hardware over $100 must be paid upfront)

Payment may be made upon completion of agreed upon services rendered and receipt of
equipment.

Customer must complete payment and receive equipment within 7 days of service/sale completion.

After the 7 days a service charge of 10% will be applied to the bills.

customers that do not pick up their PC/Laptop/Computer equipment within 12 days of completion/notification it will go into an Abandonment status.  American Computer Company LLC reserves the right to liquidate the PC/Laptop/Computer equipment in any way
American Computer Company LLC  sees fit to recoup costs of the service rendered.
